Description
Early lymphoid progenitor cells and a tiny percentage of immature B cells in bone marrow exhibit the cell surface metallopeptidase CD10, which is eliminated as the cells mature. However, mature neutrophils and growing B cells re-express CD10. Burkitt lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and renal cell carcinoma clear cell type can all be classified with the help of the DAK-CD10 antibody.
