Fully automated stainer for IHC and ISH

In order to identify the antigens (polypeptides and proteins) in tissue cells, the GBS-360 Fully automated stainer for IHC and ISH uses the principle of specific binding of antigen and antibody to cause the antibody-labeled chromogenic reagent (fluorescein, enzyme, metal ion, isotope) to visualize a colour through a chemical reaction. Such antigens would be the subject of relative quantitative, qualitative, and localization studies. The product is used in conjunction with accessory reagents from our series to process samples prior to pathological investigation, including deparaffinization, antigen retrieval, staining, and pretreatment and post-hybridization wash for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) detection.

Independent temperature control technology for each slide

● 36 staining modules are equipped with independent heating modules.
● Temperature control ranges from room temperature to 101°C, accurate and uniform temperature control, temperature fluctuation <0.5°C.

Wave-like mixing technology

● The liquid on the surface of the slide moves in waves to improve the antigen-antibody reaction, shorten the staining time, and ensure thorough cleaning. ● The motor drives the cover plate through the worm gear, and the cover plate can be opened to a larger angle, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
