Product Description: Our Anti-Human Albumin FITC Conjugate is generated through the immunization of goats with purified human albumin, resulting in the production of antiserum. The subsequent isolation of the gamma globulin fraction, followed by reaction with fluorescein isothiocyanate, ensures monospecificity. Excess dye is meticulously removed via dialysis, and the conjugated globulin undergoes further purification on DEAE cellulose to eliminate under and over-labeled proteins. The total protein content is quantified using the Biuret reaction method, while fluorescein concentration is determined by comparison with a fluorescein diacetate standard. Preservation is ensured with the addition of 0.1% w/v sodium azide.
