Description
It has been demonstrated that TdT+ lymphoblastic leukemia, follicular germinal celllymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, and chronic myelocytic leukemia respond with thehuman CD10 antibody, also referred to as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia(CALLA). Additionally, CD10 identifies germinal cells in healthy tonsils, immature B-cells in adult bone marrow, normal early lymphoid progenitor cells, and normal lymphoid tissue. Certain non-lymphoid tissues, including fibroblasts, the breast myoepithelium, and the kidney’s brush border, also express it. A panel for mantle cell lymphoma that includes Cyclin D1 (+), CD43 (+), CD5 (+), IgM (+), CD23 (-), and CD10(-) may include CD10 antibody.
