Description: Our antiserum to human IgA is obtained from goats immunized with purified human IgA. Following purification and reaction with fluorescein isothiocyanate, excess dye is removed, and the conjugated globulin is fractionated to remove any over- or under-labeled protein. Total protein and fluorescein concentration are determined for quality control, with sodium azide added as a preservative.
