Anti-Human IgM FITC, Low F/P – 2-4.9 – Direct Tag
• Specifically adsorbed for strong tagging with minimal background • Higher antibody titer allows more dilution, maximizing value • F/P ratio choice: high for indirect, low for direct tags • FITC Conjugates, derived from Goat • For in vitro diagnostic use
Description:
This antiserum is produced in goats through immunization with purified human IgM. The resulting monospecific (mu chain) antiserum is then reacted with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), followed by dialysis to remove excess dye. The conjugated globulin is further purified on DEAE cellulose to eliminate under and over-labeled protein. Total protein and fluorescein concentration are determined using the Biuret reaction and comparison with a fluorescein diacetate standard, respectively. Sodium azide (0.1% w/v) is added as a preservative.
